Rima Alsuhebany is a Senior Consultant at Q5 Partners, based in Riyadh. She works on national-level transformation programmes, supporting the design of future operating models that define governance structures, decision rights, and operating interfaces across complex systems.
Her work focuses on analysing organisational activities to inform regulator-appropriate roles and responsibilities, enabling clearer accountability and more effective delivery. Rima supports senior leadership decision-making through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and executive-ready outputs tailored to Saudi public-sector contexts.
Rima holds an MSc in Management with Merit from University College London, with academic training across business strategy, finance, innovation, operations, and decision analysis.
Prior to joining Q5, Rima worked as a Business Consultant at Blackmont Consulting in London, advising organisations on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and growth strategy. She also served as a Strategy Consultant at Eye2Gene, where she strengthened investor narratives and pitch materials to align with market dynamics and funding priorities.
Earlier in her career, Rima held product and growth leadership roles at MiSK Foundation and Mohtwize. At MiSK Foundation, she led multiple digital product iterations, reduced programme delivery costs, scaled a national learning platform to over one million users, and delivered major product releases. At Mohtwize, she improved user experience and monetisation, significantly reduced creator churn, accelerated revenue growth, and supported the expansion of the network to become the largest podcast platform in the MENA region.
Rima brings a strong combination of analytical rigour, operating-model design, and digital delivery experience, supporting institutions as they move from policy intent to scalable, well-governed execution.
