Its operations in the Middle East cover Saudi Arabia, UAE,Iraq, Qatar, Oman, and broader middle east, with more than 4,000 employees.
As the business continued to grow in the region, there was a need to shift towards amore strategic and agile HR model that supports workforce planning, brings betteralignment across countries, and makes HR delivery more integrated and responsive.
