The Challenge

  • Context – Mrsool has had exceptional growth in recent years, but was at a stage where it needed to clarify their strategic plans and how this impacts governance, compliance and the business operating model to sustain growth and meet the demands of new stakeholders and a new delivery environment 
  • Challenge – Mrsool wanted to spend some time reflecting on their vision as well as crystalising priorities for the next 12 – 18 months to manage a complex set of stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and ‘new’ activities required of the organisation
  • Task – Mrsool were looking for a facilitation partner to test, challenge and refine their thinking. They were looking to develop a vision and roadmap for the next 18months to enable growth – including setting budgets, identifying quick wins andprioritising longer term change objectives

Our Approach

  • To align the team and build a shared vision of the future for Mrsool and theroadmap to achieve it, we prepared for and facilitated a two day off-site toenable the management team to focus on the activities and outcomes focusing on:
  • Building team rapport
  • Unifying around a vision 
  • Agreeing draft objectives and measures for the next 12-18 months and immediate next steps
  • To build and socialise a set change outcomes including a detailed roadmap
