Emily is a Principal Consultant at Q5. She specialises in Organisational and Operating Model design, with a particular focus on the Retail, Consumer and Leisure industry. She is passionate about helping to design and implement future focussed organisations which help to deliver on business strategy. Although mainly working with Retail clients, she also has experience working with Media, Technology, Not-For-Profit and Public sector clients.
Emily is passionate about Social Mobility, and broadening access to careers such as consulting, leading the Social Mobility D&I team at Q5. Outside of work Emily enjoys trying new vegetarian and vegan restaurants around London, keeping active and seeing as much of the world as possible.
