The organisation sought to re-design their Services, focussed on improving Service Users’ experiences, increasing Service User-facing time for staff, and leveraging cross-organisational expertise.
Each Service had different ways of operating and ‘menus’ of provision. Our challenge was to ensure greater equity in service provision, re-imagining how a substance misuse service could be delivered.
Q5 led the programme of work alongside the Change Team, reporting into the Deputy Chief Executive.
