CIPD are the professional body for HR & People Development with more than 160,000 members globally. They had recently identified a new strategy and organisation structure geared to driving rapid growth in key new markets (e.g. Asia Pacific). This was combined with significant investment in terms of both resources and technology.
They now needed to ensure that the organisational changes were fully aligned to the CIPD’s strategic priorities in order to deliver a fully customer-centric organisation that drives efficiency in activities and cost.
We conducted a full metro map review in three broad phases.
