Jordan Alexander is a former British military officer with over 12 years of leadership experience delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments. He currently leads the Defence and Digital sectors for Q5 across the Middle East and is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Defence and national security organisations must continuously adapt to evolving threats, technologies, and operating contexts, while remaining operationally ready at all times. His disciplined, execution-led mindset is shaped by his military background and deep regional understanding.
Prior to joining Q5, Jordan worked with leading global consulting firms, including Big Four organisations, advising senior leaders on strategy, transformation, and delivery across the Middle East and international markets.
