Milly joined Q5 in 2013 and has worked across a range of clients that have taken her from Canary Wharf to the Blue Mountains and seen her working across a range of diverse industries and business functions. Focusing primarily on all things organisation design, she has also gained experience and credibility in change and process design.
Known for her calm and personable approach, Milly enjoys partnering with her clients to address challenges, working together to identify and embed a logical and pragmatic solution and drive meaningful change.
Happiest when outside, Milly is a keen runner, always on the look out for a new athletic challenge. After five years with the Sydney team in Australia, Milly returned home to the UK bringing with her an intolerance for bad coffee, a deep love of being by the sea and an indifference to driving long distances for a weekend adventure.
