Paddy is a highly motivated and analytical consultant who specialises in working with non-profit and public sector organisations to develop new strategies, operating models and transformation initiatives.
During his time at Q5, Paddy has worked across a number of our global offices, sectors and offerings. Paddy’s recent work includes designing and implementing new operating models in a number oforganisations in the cultural heritage sector, implementing a major change programme for a government arms length body (ALB), and developing a new service delivery model for a healthcare charity.
Prior to Q5, Paddy worked in global health in strategy roles for a malaria NGO working in London and East Africa.
Outside of work, Paddy is a proud trustee of National Trails UK, and holds an MA (Hons) in Classics from Oxford University.
