Rekan has played a central role in a national defence digital transformation programme, where she supported the coordination, tracking, and reporting of critical initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Her work ensured alignment between strategic priorities, delivery teams, and leadership, enabling disciplined execution and timely decision-making at scale.
She has also contributed to a national security strategy programme, supporting the design and facilitation of executive workshops, developing leadership-level reporting frameworks, and providing analytical support to inform policy and strategic decisions. Her work helped strengthen cross-functional alignment and supported the advancement of national-level objectives.
Prior to joining Q5 Partners, Rekan worked with defence sector clients on strategic and operational initiatives, advising on governance models, risk and compliance frameworks, and programme performance. She brings a strong understanding of regulated environments and the operational demands of large-scale, mission-critical programmes.
Rekan holds PMP and PMI-PBA certifications and combines analytical rigour with practical delivery expertise. She is recognised for her ability to bring structure to complexity, support leadership decision-making, and enable organisations to deliver high-impact outcomes across challenging and high-stakes environments.
